From Sign-Up to Live in 6 Days
Day 1 — Send Us Your Details
Share your menu, opening hours, contact details, and any branding preferences. We will confirm receipt and get started within 2 hours.
Day 2-3 — Your Website Is Ready for Review
We build your fully mobile-optimised website and share a preview link for your review. Everything is in place — menu, hours, location, and ordering (Pro plan).
Days 4-5 — Your Feedback, Our Amendments
Review the site and share any changes — wording, colours, menu items, photos. We action all amendments the same day and send an updated preview for your approval.
Days 6 — Final Approval & Go Live
Once you are happy, we publish your site, connect your own domain or provide a free subdomain to get you started, and deliver print-ready QR codes. Your restaurant is live and ready for customers.
Common Questions
Can you integrate with my POS system?
The Pro plan integrates with Snipcart for order management. Orders appear directly in your email and Snipcart dashboard. Most restaurants process these manually in under 2 minutes. Full POS API integration is available on custom quotes.
What if I want to cancel?
We ask for 3 months to show you results — after that, simply give us 30 days notice and we will take care of everything. Your content — menu, photos, and text — is always yours to keep. Please note that the website template and code remain the property of JBSoft. We are happy to assist with exporting your content should you need it.
How much traffic can the site handle?
Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network — one of the largest in the world. It handles any level of traffic without slowing down, even during your busiest service periods.
Do you support weekends or evenings?
Our team is UK-based and available Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. For urgent matters — such as a site issue or a same-day menu change — we aim to respond within 2 hours. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp at any time.
What about SEO? Will Google find us?
Every site we build includes proper meta tags, structured data, and Google Maps integration — everything Google needs to index your restaurant correctly. Results vary depending on your location and competition, but we set your site up to the highest technical SEO standard from day one.
Can I request updates or content changes?
Absolutely. Simply WhatsApp or email us your changes — new prices, updated hours, seasonal specials, new dishes — and we will have them live the same day. All routine updates are included in your monthly plan at no extra charge.
What if I cancel and want to come back later?
We would love to have you back. If you return within 6 months, there is no setup fee — we simply resume your subscription. After 6 months, a reduced re-setup fee applies. Get in touch and we will always find a fair solution.
Who provides the photos for the website?
You are welcome to supply your own photos — the better the images, the better your site will look. If you do not have photos, we can source high-quality stock images that match your cuisine at no extra cost.
